We collect public blockchain data associated with your wallet. We never collect or store private keys; these are managed by Coinbase WaaS.

OrbitUSDC does not collect private keys, seed phrases, or custodial passwords. We do not store sensitive identifiers (BVN, NIN) unless requested by a regulated partner for compliance.
We use your information to operate the platform, connect you to partners (Coinbase), generate billing tools, enable payments, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. OrbitUSDC does not sell user data.

Shared data: Usage metadata, public wallet activity, and troubleshooting logs.
2. Settlement Partner
Shared data: Name, wallet address, and payout details required for compliance and fiat processing.
3. Legal & Service Providers
We may share data if required by law enforcement or with non-financial providers (cloud hosting, analytics) to maintain platform performance.
We use session tokens, analytics tags, and device fingerprints for security. Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Logs for fraud and security are retained as required by law or regulatory partners after account deletion.
